Refund & Cancellation Policy
Telehealth Services & Prescription Medications
Because CoraDoc™ provides telehealth services and prescription-based treatments, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Telehealth Visit / No Prescription Issued
If you complete a telehealth consultation and no prescription is issued due to medical ineligibility, you are eligible for a refund minus a $100 clinical service fee.
This fee covers the cost of provider review, medical intake, and administrative processing.
2. Program Purchased in Error / Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation
If you purchased a program in error or request cancellation before a prescription is issued or medication is shipped, you may request a refund minus applicable service fees.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase.
3. Prescription Medications (GLP-1, Peptides, or Other Compounded Medications)
No refunds are permitted once prescription medication has been prescribed, compounded, or shipped, regardless of usage.
This includes GLP-1 medications, peptides, and any other prescription treatments.
Due to regulatory and safety requirements, prescription medications cannot be returned or reused.
4. Supplements
Supplements may be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation does not apply retroactively to medications already prescribed, compounded, or shipped.
Disposal of Medications
For safety and compliance reasons, unused or expired medications should be disposed of at a local pharmacy medication take-back program. We cannot accept physical returns of prescription medications.
