To qualify, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- You must have a BMI of 27 or higher if you have not previously taken any weight loss medications. If you have taken weight loss medications before, your BMI can be as low as 18.
- For GLP-1 Programs : No known allergies to Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide, or any GLP-1 medications.
- No known family history of chronic pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2).
- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
